Service description
Bytevera provides remote technical support and related security guidance. Sessions are remote, scheduled with your consent, and scoped to the work you approve. Availability and outcomes can depend on your devices, software, and third-party services.
Payment & refunds
Fees are shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled according to the plan you select. One-time services may include guarantees such as “no fix, no fee” where stated at purchase; details will be confirmed in the final terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bytevera's liability for issues arising from the service will be limited as described in the final, counsel-approved agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those will be addressed in the published version.
